• Jan 2019 Update

    Made $1,626.86 in Divi income.

I’m not expecting my div income to get too crazy this year as I’m hedging hard for a correction.

I will probably unload more REIT’s and buy more BRK.B on dips bellow $200

I’m hoping to own $300k in BRK.B by the end of the year and seeing as they don’t pay a dividend, my totals may be flatish (is that a word?)

I’m also buying more CN Rail when it goes on sale. It’s my new darling, sorry Enbridge 🙁

    Plans and things like that

So, a few things I plan to do in 2019 in bullet form

    • Make $20,000 in dividend income this year
    • Buy 2 more rental properties bringing my total to 6
    • Increase BRK.B to $300,000
    • Increase my peer to peer lending to small 6 figures after my trial years success
    • make a rap album

2019 has come and gone. It was a tough year, to be honest. I couldn’t save nearly the amount I was hoping to but there’s always 2020.

I did end up buying more BRK.B on the cheap so that’s a win.
